Mr. Bermello is Chairman of the Board and Principal of Bermello, Ajamil & Partners, Inc. He is a Florida-registered professional architect with over 40 years of experience in professional practice and is recognized as one of the leading architects in South Florida. His background includes a broad base of public and private projects, including the development of large commercial facilities, educational facilities, aviation, transportation, and port-related developments. Mr. Bermello has received numerous honors and awards for his professional design work as well as his civic involvement within the community.
Who would have thought, when in 1973 “student” Sam Chand was serving Beulah Heights Bible College as janitor, cook and dishwasher that he would return in 1989 as “President” of the same college! Under his leadership it became the country’s largest predominantly African - American Christian College. Sam Chand is a former Pastor, college President, Chancellor and now serves as President Emeritus of Beulah Heights University. In this season of his life, Sam Chand does one thing — Leadership. His si ngular vision for his life is to Help Others Succeed. As a Dream Releaser he serves Pastors, ministries, governmental and social organizations and businesses as a Leadership Architect and Change Strategist. Sam Chand speaks regularly at leadership conferen ces, churches, corporations, seminars and other leadership development opportunities.
He was born in Bogota, Colombia. For many years he excelled working as a multimedia designer, brand manager and marketer in the secular field. At the age of 23, he gave his life to the Lord and since then, he has a great passion for Jesus Christ and His work. Since then, he began his ministerial preparation and in 2009, together with his wife Ana María, they moved to Miami, Florida as youth pastors at Casa Sobre La Roca church.
Kionne L. McGhee (born November 23, 1977) is an American Democratic politician from Florida who has served as a member of the Miami-Dade County Commission since 2020. Previously, he served in the Florida House of Representatives from 2012 to 2020, representing south-central Miami-Dade County stretching from Richmond Heights to Florida City. He was the House Minority Leader for the 2018–20 legislature.
Dave Lawrence is the President of Apogee Leadership, an authorized licensee of Crestcom International - a leadership development organization which operates in over 60 countries. Apogee Leadership works with 50+ small, mid - market and Fortune 500 companies in South Florida to develop critical management skills and train leaders on Effective Communication, Customer Service, Developing People, Managing Change, Negotiation, Problem Sol ving, Raising Productivity, Strategic Thinking and Team Building. Prior to founding Apogee, Dave spent nearly 20 years leading high - growth Start - ups and Fortune 500 companies in the Industrial Distribution, Clean Energy and Technology industries to strateg ically grow, expand and execute in Latin America. Dave holds a B.A. in Economics and Spanish from Bowdoin College and an M.B.A from Duke University – The Fuqua School of Business. He is an avid kitesurfer, photographer and adventure traveler having travele d to over 65 countries. He lives in Miami Shores , FL with his wife, Cassia, and son, Dominic.

AMCO has created over 86 successful developments focusing on best-in-class, award-winning multi-family residential, office buildings, hotels, and mixed-used projects in unique locations with unparalleled amenities. Allen’s career spans over 45 years in real estate development, brokerage/property management. Professional Designations: CCIM, SIOR, CPM, CRE, FRICS. Professional Distinctions: 2016 Miami-Dade County Chairman of the Year Apogee Award from South Florida Business & Wealth Magazine; 2017 Power Leader in Real Estate by the South Florida Business Journal; and 2019 Lifetime Achievement Award of the Greater Miami Chamber of Commerce. Allen is a graduate of Georgia Tech and Harvard Business School. He serves as president/manager of 100+ real estate-related companies and partnerships. He has served on the Board of GMCC, United Way, many other community organizations, and as elder of Granada Presbyterian Church.
Joseph Milton is the President and CEO of J. Milton & Associates. He is a second generation developer of this family owned and operated real estate company headquartered in Coral Gables. He is a graduate of the University of Miami School of Engineering. His career began with his father Jose’, learning all aspects of the construction and development business. Today, as the CEO of this billion dollar family business, Joseph Milton’s responsibilities are far more reaching, as the third generation of Milton Family members join the firm, including his daughter, Jessica, whom he expects to join him in the business upon graduating from FIU with a Master’s Degree in Architecture. He looks forward to new horizons as the company expands its interests in commercial office development, condominium and residential rental communities across South Florida. As a fervent believer in education, Mr. Milton has been dedicated to working within the world of charity by sharing his beliefs in education through the non-profit charity, Alfalit International, whereby he enjoys the role of Chairman of the Board for this global organization that serves underprivileged people from age 5 to 95 in over 23 countries, teaching Basic Math, Reading, Writing as well as Job Skills Training.

CEO, THE URBAN LEAGU E OF GREATER MIAMI T. Willard Fair is President and Chief Executive Officer of the Urban League of Greater Miami, Inc. A powerful voice in the effort to improve his community, he has worked for the Urban League since September, 1963. Fair is academically and professionally p repared, having attended local elementary and high schools in his native home of Winston - Salem, North Carolina. He received a B.A. degree in Sociology, graduating Cum Laude, in the top 10% of his class, from Johnson C. Smith University in 1961. He received a M.S.W. degree from Atlanta School of Social Work in 1963. Fair has served as an adjunct professor at the Atlanta University School of Social Work, Bethune Cookman College, Florida International University, and the National Urban League’s Whitney M. Youn g, Jr. Center for Urban Leadership.
